Throughout the Banff/Lake Louise/Kananaskis area you'll find lots of trails suitable for hikes, easy walks, and interpretive tours. Depending on your group's interests,abilities and where you are located, we can suggest the walking location that best fits your needs. Many walks are available early in the spring and can be visited until late fall. Our guides are expert naturalists and are happy to spend time introducing your group to the wonders of the Rockies. Group sizes are usually one guide per 12 participants. German, French, and Japanese speaking guides are also available. Bottled water and use of day packs included.

Rates: 1-6 persons: $330. Each additional person add $55,
Transportation from Banff, Canmore, Lake Louise add $25 per person. (min. charge: $150)

Johnston Canyon - from Banff or Lake Louise

Easy interpretive walk with waterfalls, catwalks and a tunnel.
2 hours.

C-Level Cirque - from Banff

Steep hike to old coal mine workings and an impressive sub-alpine bowl on the shoulder of Cascade Mtn. 3 hours.

Lake Louise Shoreline - from Lake Louise

Easy interpretive walk along the shoreline of the Canadian Rockies' most famous lake.

Consolation Lakes - from Lake Louise

Easy trail beginning at Moraine Lake. Offers great mountain views. 2-4 hours

Grassi Lakes - from Canmore or Banff

Canmore's most popular hike leading to 2 small lakes. Great views of the Bow Valley and lots of local history. Steep in places. 2-4 hours.

Grotto Canyon - from Canmore, Banff, or Kananaskis

Exciting wild canyon hike includes waterfalls, narrow canyon walls, native pictographs, and a secret valley! Easy walking throughout. 2-4 hours.

Johnson Lake - from Banff

Banff's best nature walk. Easy trail, lots of natural interpretive features such as beaver dams, flowers, and an old trapper's cabin. 2-3 hours.

Ribbon Creek - from Kananaskis

Interpretive walk alongside the base of Mt. Kidd. Great views of the Kananaskis Valley. 2 - 3 hours.

Sunshine Meadows - from Banff, Canmore or Lake Louise

Variety of high alpine trails reached by shuttle bus suitable for all lengths of time and abilities. See Sunshine Meadows information on this website.
